Well, I found out what's been going on down in Dartmouth Cove...development. I had been watching them take down a few old warehouse looking buildings down there and wondered what was up. I suspected development since they just built a new pedestrian bridge, and I was right.

King's Wharf will be a project with condos, shopping, services, parking, marina, restaurants, pubs, etc. It's expected to take 5-7 years, so I am quite certain it will be getting a fair bit more busy in the coming year...
